{Janette & Tim} Wedding at Barr Mansion - Austin

I adored the wedding and the venue that I shot at recently. The Barr Mansion just ooooozes perfection, beauty and romance at every turn. I used to live right around the corner back in my UT days and would find myself taking long drives out on the country roads (yes, Austin was smaller back then) just to get a glimpse of this fantastic venue. Congrats Tim & Janette.....that was one of the best weddings I've ever attended! Enjoy the sneak peek!

{Chad & Cristl} Lake Wedding - Part I

This wedding was absolutely gorgeous and the flowers were soooooo amazing! I shot this a few weeks ago in a beautiful lake house on Lake McQueeney near New Braunfels. Everything was stunning and the reception was a blast! Here's a few for Chad and Cristl :

Hands down......the Allan House is one of the most perfect venues in Austin for a very classic and stylish wedding. Can't beat being near the Capitol either! More beautiful images coming soon. Congrats to Julie and Robert!

Missouri Wedding

I just did my first out of state job recently, all the way up in Missouri....brrrr...was quite chilly up there for this Texas girl. This particular wedding was extremely unique and I knew about one of the great surprises that was to occur before I even got there. Brandon is a fireman and decided to surprise his lovely bride, Andrea, with an old '72 firetruck as their means of transport to the reception hall! The look on her face was priceless and the rest of the bridal party hopped on the back for this brisk ride. There were so many other fireman themed details that they had through the wedding so it was a real treat to be a part of this. So here's a few of many more to come:




So this pic probably needs a bit of explanation....the bride is getting her hair done in the background while her bridesmaid is showing me the message she just got on her phone.....the firetruck had arrived! Soooo sneaky those bridesmaids ;)

Mandy & Michael

I can't believe it's August already...where is the year going??? We are so busy right now as we are about to launch a new branch of our photography that's just for kids! Yea! I can't wait for the unveiling of what we have in store...it will come soon!

Here's a few pics from a fantanstic wedding we did last month at the new venue The Villas at St. Clair. Mandy and Michael have some of the greatest friends....everyone pitched in and it went off sooo smoothly. It was also nice that Mandy had about 5 friends that were all named Jennifer so if I needed any help, I just gave a shout out and one of them was always there to aid me! Thanks everyone and may you have a beautiful life together as husband and wife!

Salt Lick Wedding

Here's my new year's resolution.....update my blog more often! The holidays really knocked me off my pace but I'm back in the swing of things and I wanted to post a few from another December wedding at the Salt Lick Pavillion. I loved all the details they included in their wedding.....just my style..... so I thought I'd post some of these first.
